Promote App – Terms & Conditions
1. General Terms
- Promote App acts as a connecting platform between Business Owners and Influencers.
- Promote App is not directly responsible for product quality, delivery, or service performance of businesses.
- All users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
- Any misuse, fraud, or misleading activity will result in account suspension or permanent ban.
For Influencers
2. Payment Terms
- Payment will be released only after successful completion of the first approved project.
- Payment timelines will follow the agreement mentioned in each campaign.
- Partial or incomplete work may lead to payment hold or cancellation.
3. Confidentiality
- Influencers must not disclose company information, campaign details, pricing, or internal communication to third parties.
- Screenshots, chats, and client data must remain private.
4. Direct Client Contact Restriction
- After completing a project, influencers must not personally approach or contact the same client for future promotions outside Promote App.
- All future collaborations with the same client must go only through Promote App.
5. Content Guidelines
- Content must be original, non‑offensive, and must not violate copyright or community guidelines.
- False claims, fake reviews, or misleading promotions are strictly prohibited.
6. Professional Conduct
- Influencers must complete campaigns within deadlines.
- Repeated delays or non‑performance may lead to account removal.
For Business Owners
7. Payment Responsibility
- Businesses must release agreed payment within the defined time after influencer submission approval.
- Delayed or withheld payments without valid reason may lead to account restrictions.
8. Campaign Clarity
- Businesses must clearly define deliverables, timeline, budget, and platform requirements.
- Any changes after agreement must be mutually approved.
9. Fair Treatment
- Businesses cannot demand extra unpaid work beyond the agreed scope.
- Respectful and professional communication is mandatory.
10. Data Privacy
- Business owners must not misuse influencer personal data or contact details outside campaign purposes.
Platform Rules
11. Dispute Resolution
- Promote App reserves the right to mediate disputes between influencers and businesses.
- Final decision by Promote App in disputes will be considered binding.
12. Account Suspension
Accounts may be suspended for fraud, fake engagement, payment violations, harassment, abuse, breach of confidentiality, or bypassing the platform.
13. Liability Limitation
- Promote App is a facilitator and not liable for product or service issues between parties.
- Users agree to use the platform at their own discretion.
14. Updates to Terms
- Promote App reserves the right to modify Terms & Conditions anytime.
- Continued usage means acceptance of updated terms.
Acceptance Clause
By registering or using Promote App, both Influencers and Business Owners agree to abide by all the above Terms & Conditions.
